Select Window Films, Inc.

Website privacy

You can contact Select Window Films by phone or email, or use the online estimate form when it is available. Selecting a call or email link does not itself save an online inquiry.

Information you share

When you submit an available online estimate form, we store your name, contact details, city or ZIP code, project region, property type, project goal and any project details, size, timing or budget you provide. We also record an inquiry reference, submission time and follow-up status. Jeff reviews every website request and connects you with the team serving your area so we can review your project and respond.

Information you choose to share by phone or email is used to review your project and respond. Your email application handles an email link; it is not an automatic website message. Please do not send payment details, identity documents or other sensitive information.

Limited website and abuse-control information

Online inquiries may include limited referral and campaign information: campaign source, medium and name, the landing-page path without query parameters, and the referring website’s origin. For abuse control, we store a daily hashed network address with the inquiry rather than the raw network address.

Records and processing

Saved inquiry records remain restricted to authorized SWF owner access for follow-up and business recordkeeping. They are not published on this website. We retain notification processing status alongside inquiry records. Hosting and notification providers process request and inquiry information as needed to operate, protect and support the service and notify our team.
